Frequently asked questions

Q. How much of the ashes do you need?
A. Depends on the size you choose. What we recommend is leaving the entire content with us to ensure we can finalise your picture in the time frame quoted, then we hand the remaining back with the artwork. Alternatively, you can choose another one of our services for the remaining ashes.

Q. How do you get the ashes?
A. You can courier the cremated ashes to us or we can organise local pick-up from the funeral home, crematorium or your house. A small additional fee is charged for pickup outside the Brisbane area.

Q. Can you do portraits with the ashes?
A. Our product offers a great visual memorial of your loved one however we feel a portrait does not bring the same level of comfort therefore our range is exclusively landscape.
